Thoth


Thoth also known as Djehuty, Tahuti, and Tehuti. He is known as the great measure he symbols are the baboon writing palette, and reed pens. Thoth is the wise god who was often depicted holding a scroll and a pen witch he recorded things hes was shown as the the head of a baboon or sometimes a dog and the body of a human Thoth was the god of writing, wisdom, learning, and the moon. Thoth invented writing, magic, and hermetic arts. and wrote the book of the dead and was the vizier and the scribe of the afterlife. his wife ma at and he had 8 children including the god amon.

Khepri


Khepri has many different names for example Khepra and Kopri. Those names mean "who comes into existence". The symbol for Khepri is scarab beetle. Khepris association with the dung beetle and his role as a sungod resulted in his depiction. As a man with a farely big beetle on the top of his head or a with a big beetle head rolling the sun and moon across the sky. khepri was also the god of the rising sun. Khepri was also on manifestation of Re. Khepri got his name because could role the sun and the moon across the sky like a Dung beetle roles his ball of dung in which it lays its eggs. Most of all the egyptians believed that Khepri created himself, just as it appeared the dung beetles did do that when there larvae merged from there dung ball.

Isis


There are a couple names for the godesses Isis. For example Aset and Ast. The symbols for Isis are throne, kite, scorpion, sistrum, and tiet. The goddess Isis showed her as a woman wearing the solar disk between a pair of horns and a vulture headdress. Isis was also depicted as a woman,not a goddess, with a ordinary headdress also with a uraeus on her forehead. Isis was the daughter of Nut and Geb and sister of wife Osiris. Isis conceieved her son Horus or through magic or resurrecting Osiris. Isis is the mother of Horus and raised him very baddly. She raised him on a floating island called Chemmis. She raised himt here for a reason because she wanted to hide him from his uncle Seth. Seth wanted to murder Horus. Isis was a smart God and always did the right things. Isis hid Horus first of all because she didnt want horus getting murderred and also she wanted him to avenge his fathers death. All the pharoahs were Isis's sons and Isis loved all creatures like a mother. Her benevolence resulted in her worship beyond Egypt and as far away as Great Brittian. Isis suckles each pharaoh at her breast as his mother.

Horus


Horus also known as hor, heru, or her. This gods symbols are a hawk falcon, double crown, winged disk, and a sphinx. As a child he was shown wearing a side lock and a royal crown sucking his thumb. Maybe because his dad was dead when he was born. Or because he was born early. In his child form he was shown with a stunted lower body. Pharaohs would take the name of Horus to show there direct relationship with Horus. Isis also a Goddess was the mother of horus. She raised him on a floating island called Chemmis to protect him from seth. Seth wanted to kill Horus but Isis protected him.

Neith


Neith is also known as Nit, Neit, or Net. Neith means Great Goddes. The symbols for the name Neith are, shields and weapons, and Bows are arrows. Depictions of Neith from upper egypt showed her a woman with the head of a lioness. At times depictions of Neith showed her crowned with a weaving shuttle. She was often shown suckling her son Sobek in the form of a crocodile. Neith was said to be the mother of Sobek and Re. According to myth it was Neith who offered the solution to dispute between Seth and Horus over who should succeed Osiris as the king of egypt Neith suggested that Horus takes the throne and, as consolution, Seth take two semitic Goddesses. Neiths wisdom prevailed with all of the gods agreeing to the arangement, except Seth. At Sais the largest temple to Neith, called Sapi-meht. At Sais the ram headed creation god Khnemu was her husband and her son was Tutu. A form of the god Shu.

Sobek


Sobek also known as sebek. the god of crocodiles. His symbol is the crocodile. This god had the body of human head of a crocodile. As told in the book of the dead, Horus the elder enlisted to help sobek kill his uncle seth. Ancient egyptians who lived in cities who depended on water worshiped sobek
